SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING

We usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.

All orders are shipped via DHL or TNT, using international express couriers.

Standard Shipping Rates – Italy:

  • €10 shipping fee

  • Free shipping for orders over €500

Standard Shipping Rates – Rest of the World:

  • €35 shipping fee

  • Free shipping for orders over €500

 

RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. These 14 days include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written request via email within this time frame. Once the return request has been submitted, you must ship the item(s) back within the following 14 days.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected to ensure they meet all return conditions.

Returned items must:

  • Not be worn, used, or washed

  • Not be damaged in any way

To initiate a return, please email us at belfioricouture@gmail.com including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

You will then need to arrange the return shipment at your own expense to the following address:

Return Policy for Custom-Made Items:

Items made to measure or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be contacted if your return does not meet the conditions outlined above and cannot be accepted.

Once your return has been received and all conditions are verified, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange.

If all return conditions are met, and in accordance with Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code, you will receive a full refund of the product price or an exchange for another size/color.
Return shipping costs are not covered and remain the customer’s responsibility.
